Jade Global is seeking a Principal Consultant – ERP Domain to advise C-level executives on enterprise strategy and lead ERP-enabled digital transformation across industries. You will guide AI-embedded transformation, shape operating models and drive ROI, while building long-term client relationships and pursuing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in management consulting, enterprise transformation or technology advisory.
• Extensive ERP transformation experience across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM or CX.
• Proven track record advising C-level executives on enterprise strategy and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and embed AI into ERP processes across Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement and Manufacturing.
• Lead executive workshops, visioning sessions and strategic planning engagements.
• Develop enterprise transformation strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Turn strategy into successful implementation with solution architects and delivery teams.
• Expand client relationships by introducing additional ERP solutions and consulting services.
• Advise clients on emerging ERP innovations and industry benchmarks.
