Jade Global is looking for a Principal Consultant – ERP Domain to act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior business leaders. You will lead complex business transformation engagements, shape enterprise strategy, and drive ERP-enabled digital transformation across multiple industries. You will work closely with our ERP service lines, solution architects and delivery teams to carry each engagement from strategy through implementation, while building long-term client relationships and finding new opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do

AI-Embedded Business Transformation

• Define and lead strategies to embed AI into core ERP processes, including Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement and Manufacturing.
• Identify the AI opportunities with the most impact on efficiency, cost and decision-making.
• Design AI-augmented operating models and roadmaps that deliver measurable ROI.
• Advise C-suite executives and senior leaders on digital transformation, operating model change and organizational change.
• Run executive workshops, visioning sessions and strategic planning engagements.
• Develop enterprise transformation strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
• Assess current-state processes, applications and operating models, and design future-state models.
• Develop business cases, investment analyses and value realization strategies.
• Work with solution architects and delivery teams to turn strategy into successful implementation.

Client Relationship and Growth

• Act as the executive engagement lead throughout the consulting lifecycle.
• Expand client relationships by introducing additional ERP solutions and consulting services.
• Support business development through proposals, executive presentations and strategic pursuits.

Thought Leadership

• Advise clients on emerging ERP innovations, industry trends and benchmarks.
• Build consulting methodologies, frameworks and accelerators.
• Contribute white papers, webinars and executive presentations, and mentor consulting teams.

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years in management consulting, enterprise transformation or technology advisory.
• Extensive experience leading ERP transformations across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM or CX.
• A proven track record of advising C-level executives on enterprise strategy and digital transformation.
• Strong expertise in business process transformation, operating model design and change management.
• Exceptional executive communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Nice to Have

• ERP transformation experience across multiple industries.
• Prior experience at a global consulting firm or systems integrator.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional consulting teams.
• ERP certifications.
