Job summary

JadeGlobal seeks a Principal Consultant in ERP Finance to guide enterprise finance transformation for large organizations. You will partner with CFOs and executives to craft strategy and multi-year roadmaps, and lead finance process redesign across GL, AP/AR, FP&A, Treasury, and reporting.

You will mentor teams, lead client workshops, and drive cloud-enabled finance initiatives with strong stakeholder management and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 15+ years ERP Finance consulting and financial systems transformation experience.
• Experience leading ERP Domain Finance Cloud transformation programs for large enterprises.
• Expertise in L2/L3 finance processes: GL, AP/AR, FP&A, Treasury, Cash, Tax, Reporting.
• Proven ability to advise CFOs and C-level leaders on enterprise finance strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leadership.
• Lead executive workshops, strategy sessions, and transformation planning.
• Develop multi-year Finance and fiscal transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to execute strategies.
• Drive value realization and client relationships throughout engagements.
