Job summary

Jade Global in the United States seeks a Principal Consultant – ERP Finance Domain to guide CFOs and finance executives through enterprise finance transformations, defining strategic finance roadmaps and modernizing operating models.

You will partner with ERP Domain service lines, architects, and delivery teams to translate strategy into execution, build long-term client relationships, and identify growth opportunities across large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and Finance executives; lead executive workshops and transformation planning engagements.
• Design and lead future-state Finance operating models and governance frameworks.
• Develop business cases, investment strategies, and value realization plans.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Mentor teams and contribute to organizational capability development.
