Job summary

InterScripts, Inc. seeks a Principal Epic Healthcare Analytics Consultant to lead Epic-centered analytics, data models, and enterprise reporting.

You will collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, and IT stakeholders to design scalable analytics solutions, mentor analysts, and advance a future-state healthcare data platform. Strong Epic certifications and hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable modern data platforms are highly valued.

Qualifications

7–10 years of healthcare data analytics, BI, or healthcare data engineering.
Experience owning or contributing to enterprise BI, healthcare analytics, or data-platform initiatives.
Strong experience with healthcare data architecture, data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
Ability to perform complex data analysis and root-cause investigation.
Experience translating business and clinical requirements into validated analytics deliverables.
Experience designing or contributing to healthcare data warehouse, lakehouse, or enterprise analytics architecture.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations and analytics, including: FQHC operations, Revenue cycle, Value-based care, UDS, HEDIS, MIPS, CMS.

Responsibilities

Assess Epic data architecture and reporting pipelines to identify gaps.
Design scalable data models and BI solutions for enterprise reporting.
Perform root-cause analysis for data quality and pipeline failures.
Translate clinical, operational, financial, and executive requirements into analytics solutions.
Collaborate with DataOps and IT on version control, testing, and documentation.
