You will work with ML, optical design, and space vehicle modeling teams to create real-time, high-performance image analysis and tracking solutions for mission-critical applications. US citizenship and ability to obtain clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience, or Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years in a related field with image processing/EO/IR experience.
• Strong experience designing and optimizing EO/IR image processing algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python and ability to communicate technical results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and deploy EO/IR image-processing algorithms for space payloads.
• Collaborate with ML, optical design, and simulation teams.
• Analyze large EO/IR datasets to assess algorithm performance.
• Present results to government and technical stakeholders.
• Support travel or off-site work as needed.
