Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PE or PG license preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental engineering or consulting.
• HAZWOPER 40-hour certification, AHERA certification, and annual refreshers required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and comply with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate work with technical leadership in remedial investigations and design.
• Serve as primary client contact for scheduling, issue resolution, and invoicing.
• Supervise a team conducting Phase I, II investigations and remediation.
• Build and maintain client relationships and support networking/outreach.
• Recruit, train, and mentor department personnel.
• Identify opportunities for new business and project work.
• Prepare cost estimates and detailed proposals; secure client agreements.
• Assist in scoping projects and gathering client data.
• Review and edit technical reports; contribute to fieldwork as needed.
• Provide strategic guidance to advance remedial practice; spend ~80% in office.
