Parsons is seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer to enhance community fabric, grow their career, and develop leadership potential. Join our Syracuse office, a Center of Excellence for our Environmental practice for over 35 years.
This position supports and/or leads engineering assessments and activities for remedial design and construction projects, from initial investigation to final implementation and long-term management. You will collaborate with project teams across our Environmental Practice group throughout the Northeast.
The engineer will handle complex assignments, applying engineering techniques and analyses. As a fully qualified professional, you will be proficient in engineering theories and practices. Occasional travel to supplier, client, or construction sites is expected. The role includes learning and applying project management skills through Parsons training and mentorship.
The ideal candidate aims to learn the business side of the industry and pursue leadership roles within five years.
This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team, designing and delivering vital infrastructure worldwide.
