Job summary

UKG seeks a Principal, Planning Process to design and lead its integrated enterprise planning process, linking long-range planning with annual planning and in-year execution. You will collaborate with Corp FP&A to align investments and resources, guiding cross-functional discussions and delivering executive-ready materials.

You will drive continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and measures, partnering across functions to ensure a single coordinated process across product lines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, planning, or strategic finance in a SaaS company.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide planning cycles with cross-functional coordination.
• Experience connecting long-range planning, annual planning, portfolio prioritization, and in-year performance management in technology or SaaS.
• Ability to translate complex inputs into executive-ready materials.
• Strong analytical capability to model scenarios and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the end-to-end enterprise planning process, governance, milestones, and decision points.
• Translate priorities into planning frameworks and analytical requirements.
• Analyze plans, identify inter-dependencies, gaps, risks, and trade-offs for investment decisions.
• Create executive-ready presentations and concise recommendations for senior leaders.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions and document outcomes.
• Continuously improve planning processes, tools, and measures.
