Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise analytics, operations, or related fields.
• Proven ability to diagnose performance and translate into strategic recommendations.
• Advanced skills in data querying, modeling, and visualization tools.
• Experience applying AI to automated reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Define data, analytics, and benchmarking roadmap for enterprise planning and transformation.
• Establish consistent metric definitions, data sources, and documentation for trusted leadership insights.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and functional teams to reconcile source data.
• Conduct internal and external benchmarking to identify performance gaps and best practices.
• Build models, dashboards, and scorecards revealing trends, drivers, and trade-offs.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready narratives and visuals with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Finance and owners to improve data quality and governance of key metrics.
• Lead high-priority analyses, structure ambiguous questions, and deliver defensible recommendations.
