Forrester Research, Inc. is seeking a Principal Analyst to lead the Enterprise Solutions Architecture Practice within the Technology Architecture & Delivery Research Group.

You will guide CIO/CTO‑level research, draft multi‑format content, and drive strategic collaborations across Research, Sales, Product, and Customer Success. You will conduct deep analyses of architecture strategy, platforms, and governance while shaping insights on cost optimization, investment prioritization, and long‑term

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in director-level or above practitioner roles in enterprise architecture or related fields.
• Proven ability to advise senior management and C-level clients.
• Strong client-facing communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Solutions Architecture practice area across Forrester research teams.
• Develop a complete research portfolio driving customer delight and revenue.
• Establish industry presence through speaking, press, and vendor engagements.
• Conduct primary research on architecture strategy, platforms, governance, and performance metrics.
• Create high-quality, analytical research content throughout the year (8–12 projects).
• Lead Forrester Waves and Landscape reporting for the practice.
• Consult with clients to apply research to their environment and guide engagements.
• Present at Forrester events and webinars.
• Co-lead the global Enterprise Architecture forum and awards.
• Support business development and client conversations.
