Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in director-level or above roles in enterprise architecture or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior management and C-level clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Solutions Architecture practice across Forrester research teams and Sales/Product.
• Develop deep understanding of client needs to enable successful technology executives.
• Establish industry presence through speaking engagements, media relations and client briefings.
• Conduct primary research on architecture strategy, platforms, governance, cost optimization, and performance metrics.
• Create high-quality research content, including reports, tools, webinars, videos, blogs, podcasts and infographics.
• Drive Forrester Waves and Landscape reporting for the practice and adjacent areas.
• Advise clients on applying research within their business environment and provide guidance and consulting engagements.
• Present at events and deliver client webinars.
• Co-lead the global Enterprise Architecture forum and awards program.
• Contribute to adjacent surveys and support business development with account teams.
• Foster cross-team collaboration, mentorship, integrity, and proactive client engagement.
