Qualifications

• At least 10 years in a mix of roles at director level or above (enterprise architect, research analyst, or related).
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior management and C-level clients.
• Strong client-facing communication, listening, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Solutions Architecture practice across Forrester teams to develop a complete research portfolio.
• Develop deep understanding of client requirements to guide technology strategies.
• Establish industry presence as a speaker and thought leader; engage media and vendors as needed.
• Conduct primary research on architecture strategy, platforms, governance, and performance metrics.
• Create high-quality, analytically deep and fact-based content; publish 8–12 projects per year.
• Drive Forrester Waves and Landscape reporting for the practice and related areas.
• Consult with clients to apply research to their business environment and challenges.
• Present at events and client webinars; co-lead the global Enterprise Architecture forum.
• Support business development and prospect conversations per account leadership.
• Foster cross-team collaboration, mentorship, integrity, and positive pursuit.
