Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize new processing technologies aligned to business needs.
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery from concept to commercialization.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and risk assessments.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
