The Principal Engineer is the primary hands-on technical authority in an engineering discipline responsible for the establishment of system architecture and direction in product development. They spearhead the development of next-generation products and the improvement/maintenance of current designs, with minimal administrative duties. They represent the company’s position on dental industry issues and new product introductions and are the technical “face” of A-dec.
