Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
- 10+ years in industrial controls, with concept-to-commissioning experience.
- Subject-matter expertise in clean utilities and GMP HVAC systems.
- Experience supporting regulated manufacturing environments and GMP compliance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as site-wide technical expert for HVAC, clean utilities, and process systems.
- Lead or advise on large capital projects from concept through commissioning.
- Own quality records and support risk management and GMP compliance.
- Coach engineers and technicians; drive Lean and continuous improvement.
- Ensure project execution meets scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
- Collaborate with Quality, SHE, and site partners on investigations and improvements.
