Teradata is seeking a Principal Engineer, Domain Knowledge, to define and build the next generation of enterprise-scale data discovery, inventory, and metadata management capabilities across verticals. You will own architecture and implementation for the enterprise's data catalog and knowledge layer, serving analysts, data scientists, AI agents, and business users.

- 12+ years building large-scale data platforms and metadata systems.
- 5+ years leading architecture and implementation of enterprise data catalogs.
- Experience inventorying and indexing millions of data assets.
- Strong background in governance, lineage, and data quality.
Responsibilities
- Design and build enterprise-wide data catalog and metadata platforms.
- Lead semantic search, indexing, and retrieval systems at scale.
- Drive standards for metadata and governance across ecosystems.
- Partner with governance, privacy, and security teams to ensure compliance.
