Job summary

Toyota Motor North America’s Digital Innovations group seeks a Principal Engineer to lead the technical strategy for large-scale supply chain platforms in Plano, TX. You will shape architecture, drive delivery, and elevate engineering standards across multiple teams.

You will mentor engineers and collaborate with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions with AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and delivering complex enterprise software.
• 5+ years with cloud-native architectures on AWS and scalable platforms.
• Experience leading multiple software teams and driving AI-enabled delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the technical vision for large-scale supply chain platforms.
• Lead architecture decisions across products and development teams.
• Mentor engineers, leads, and engineering managers to raise technical excellence.
• Directly lead multiple teams with prioritized delivery rhythms.
• Champion cloud-native, DevSecOps, observability, and reliability practices.
• Partner with product, operations, architecture, and business stakeholders.
