Qualifications

• Significant software development experience in product/platform engineering.
• Experience driving AI-enabled engineering practices in enterprise software.
• Hands-on expertise in .NET Core/C# or Java for backend systems and APIs.
• Strong microservices and cloud-native design experience.
• Experience with relational databases and strong SQL/data modeling.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Ability to guide design, influence architecture decisions, and mentor peers.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own technical direction and outcomes for a defined DI&F product, platform or capability area.
• Design, develop, and enhance high-performance APIs and distributed platform capabilities.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through design reviews, prototyping, and issue resolution.
• Lead the design and evolution of microservices-based distributed systems using cloud-native practices.
• Decompose solutions into epics and executable journeys for engineering teams.
• Own delivery of platform capabilities with autonomy while mentoring others.
• Improve engineering quality, resilience, observability, security and reuse.
