Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Java, Python, C++ or C#.
• Mentor and develop engineers, fostering excellence and innovation.
• Strong architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, and performance expertise.
• Experience driving AI-assisted engineering practices and evaluating emerging technologies.
• Strong CI/CD, unit testing frameworks, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure).
• Curiosity about AI and how to apply new tech to software engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Willingness to learn across the full stack.
• Strong teamwork and cross-regional collaboration.
