Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development with backend/data engineering focus.
• Expert proficiency in Java and Python.
• Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale data migrations in hybrid cloud environments (on-prem, AWS, GCP).
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, GCP).
• Experience with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with foundational AI models and prompt engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex application systems with hands-on coding in Java and Python.
• Architect data migration strategies across on-premise and public clouds (AWS, GCP).
• Design and optimize data pipelines spanning on-prem, AWS, and GCP.
• Promote cloud-native patterns for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
