Elliman Inc. is seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to lead technical direction across agentic AI ecosystems, cloud modernization on Google Cloud, and modern CMS/web platform architecture.

You will architect scalable systems, manage multi-agent workflows, and guide transitions from legacy .NET/C# monoliths to modern cloud-native patterns. The role requires deep hands-on work, collaboration with strategic partners, and a focus on governance, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, backend architecture, and distributed systems.
• 3+ years in a Staff or Principal Engineer capacity, acting as technical architect and driving execution.
• Agentic AI delivery: production multi-agent systems built with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Vertex AI Agent Builder, or custom orchestration engines.
• Google Cloud Platform: hands-on architecture across Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, IAM.
• Distributed systems: asynchronous messaging, event-driven architectures, RESTful APIs, containerization, CI/CD.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary internal technical counterpart to strategic technology and implementation partners.
• Co-architect, review, and validate milestones with external engineering teams.
• Establish architectural review mechanisms, CI/CD standards, and documentation.
• Design, implement, and deploy multi-agent architectures with dynamic tool-calling and autonomous reasoning loops.
• Establish guardrails around agent performance, latency, and security with automated evaluation suites.
• Connect agentic layers to internal data stores, APIs, vector databases, and external SaaS platforms.
