Google LLC is seeking a Principal Engineer for Agentic AI Data and Insights to lead the technical vision and execution across Google’s data platforms. You will guide agentic infrastructure, influence cross‑functional teams, and shape core services that power Google’s data analysis capabilities.

The role emphasizes senior leadership across portfolios, architecture, and platform integration, with a focus on scalable, enterprise-grade data systems and developer tooling adopted by teams company-wide.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience serving as a senior technical leader overseeing portfolios and multiple engineering teams.
• Experience in architectural design and systems integration for multi-stakeholder, enterprise-grade platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the organization’s primary technical authority for agentic data analysis and set long-term technical vision.
• Lead development of agentic tools and foundational technologies across Google-wide languages, APIs, and systems.
• Bridge internal systems with external standards (e.g., ANSI SQL) to enable cohesive data analysis.
• Shape strategy across Core, Cloud, and GDM to drive insight generation and platform adoption.
