Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical/Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, technologies, and industry practices.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor engineers and influence strategic technical decisions.
