The role requires collaboration with internal and external teams and ongoing technical mentorship. The position is full-time, based at the customer facility in Oshkosh, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience in engineering.
• Strong embedded C/C++ and MATLAB capabilities.
• Experience with RTOS, Autosar, and model-based development.

• Lead and complete projects of moderate complexity on time.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with teams.
• Develop real-time embedded software and validate with tooling.
• Perform system design and feedback on requirements.
