Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks an experienced embedded software engineer to design, develop, integrate, and test software for advanced undersea payloads in Annapolis, MD. You will work on an agile team using C++, Python, and Linux/Windows environments.

The role requires 5+ years in embedded real-time development, strong technical leadership, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain TS/SCI with poly. Collaborative cross-functional reviews and design iterations are part of daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent STEM related discipline with 5+ years software development experience on embedded real-time systems or 3+ years with a master’s degree
• Experience in developing in C++ and Python; embedded software development; Linux and/or Windows environments
• US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with poly

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, integrate, and test embedded software for an undersea payload unit
• Participate in agile scrum teams; conduct reviews of software products and designs
• Act as technical lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet system requirements
