Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent STEM related discipline.
• 5+ years software development experience on embedded real-time systems or 3+ years with a master’s degree, 0 with PhD.
• Experience in C++ and Python development.
• Experience in embedded software development in Linux and/or Windows environments.
• Demonstrated experience as a technical lead, US Citizenship with ability to obtain TS/SCI with poly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and test software for embedded undersea payloads.
• Work within an agile development team and participate in design reviews.
• Conduct software-related reviews and ensure requirements traceability.
• Lead cross-functional scrum activities and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads to prioritize and implement tasks.
