Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 8+ years in software engineering.
• Master’s degree in STEM with 6+ years in software engineering.
• PhD in STEM with 4+ years in software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Software functional group of 10–12 engineers including performance management.
• Provide project and technical oversight for design activities.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Collaborate with managers of other engineering disciplines and program managers.
• Develop proposals and review content for internal and external customers.
