Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to design, develop, and integrate vehicle-level control systems, leading the software lifecycle from requirements through testing and production. You will collaborate with engineering teams, customers and suppliers, support simulations and vehicle testing, and provide technical leadership and mentoring.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, with at least five years of related embedded software experience and strong C/C++ and

Design, develop, and integrate embedded software and vehicle-level control systems, leading the software lifecycle from requirements and architecture through testing, validation, and production. Collaborate with engineering teams, customers, and suppliers; support simulation and vehicle testing; and provide technical leadership and mentoring.

Requirements: Requires at least five years of related embedded software experience, strong C/C++ skills, MATLAB/Simulink and model-based development proficiency, and experience with vehicle systems, embedded or real-time systems, and software integration and testing. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related technical field is required, along with the ability to own technical solutions and communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
