Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Electrical Engineering or New Product Introduction.
• Experience in large capital equipment or related industries.
• Knowledge of fuel cell systems is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of electrical components from design to manufacturing.
• Drive the NPI process from prototypes to mass production.
• Manage new project transfers to contract manufacturers.
• Act as the technical contact for electrical sub-assemblies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and deliverables.
