Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer with a strong background in power generation, relay settings, plant facilities design, and microgrid projects. You will lead electrical design efforts across sites, microgrids, and distribution systems while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires a PE license, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, and 10+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) Registration required.
• 10+ years of electrical design experience.
• Proficiency with ETAP, SKM, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and layout power plant sites, microgrids, and distribution with MV/LV systems.
• Create schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Prepare reports, verify code requirements, and perform design calculations.
• Coordinate efforts across discipline teams and manage budgets.
• Develop engineering drawings and perform field verifications.
