Would you like to work for a company that is backed by industry leaders with experience from companies like SpaceX, Palantir, and top energy innovators?

This organization is developing Cutting-Edge energy solutions helping manufacturers, data centers, airports, utilities, and other industrial facilities gain access to power in weeks instead of years.

Their technology is changing the way businesses think about energy reliability, scalability, and grid independence and you'll have the opportunity to help build it.

If this opportunity sounds like you,

  • $90,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary DOE
  • Equity Opportunity
  • Paid Time Off & Holidays
  • Career Growth with a Fast-Growing Technology Company
  • Opportunity to Build Systems and Processes from the Ground Up

Are You Ready to Build Something That Doesn't Exist Yet?

If you're the type of engineer who enjoys creating test systems instead of simply maintaining them, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

We're looking for a hands-on Test Engineer who wants to own the hardware testing function from the ground up. You'll develop Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) testing, production validation systems, and canary fleet processes that ensure next-generation products perform reliably before they ever reach the field.

Working alongside Product Development and Operations, you'll build the infrastructure, standards, and testing methodology that future engineering teams will rely on.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Design, build, and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) test systems across multiple hardware platforms.
  • Develop production unit testing processes that identify issues before products are deployed.
  • Build and own canary fleet testing processes, operational procedures, and supporting tools.
  • Create engineering standards, validation procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Analyze test data and provide recommendations that improve product reliability and performance.
  • Lead root cause investigations on hardware failures and drive corrective actions.
  • Partner with Product Development and Operations to ensure testing reflects real-world deployment conditions.
  • Build scalable testing infrastructure, automation, and workflows from the ground up.
  • Continuously improve hardware validation processes throughout the product lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Experience designing, building, and supporting hardware test systems.
  • Strong background developing test procedures, validation plans, and engineering documentation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for complex hardware systems.
  • Experience supporting products throughout the complete hardware validation lifecycle.
  • Comfortable reading code, writing scripts, and working with Git repositories.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to establish priorities and build processes independently.
Preferred Experience
  • Python scripting.
  • Data acquisition systems (DAQ), telemetry, sensors, and logging software.
  • Power electronics, battery systems, or high-voltage hardware.
  • Experience supporting both R&D and production manufacturing environments.
