Job summary
Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead design, optimization and reliability of main power systems and equipment. You will guide technical direction, provide advanced engineering expertise, and improve plant performance and safety.
Hybrid on-site work is available at Cranberry Township, PA or Rock Hill, SC. You will report to the Manager of Main Power Systems and Equipment - Electrical Engineering, collaborating with internal teams to deliver
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with ETAP and AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
- Be a SME for main power systems and equipment.
- Engineering design for nuclear products and projects including electrical system design and system wiring.
- Lead development of advanced main power and electrical system strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers across instrumentation, controls, and electrical disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements.
