Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of circuit design, hardware architecture, PCB development and validation.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define hardware architecture and influence direction across product programs.
• Lead design and development of electronic hardware for automotive mechatronic systems.
• Mentor Electrical Engineers and strengthen team capabilities.
• Conduct design reviews and enforce engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
• Define validation plans to meet customer requirements.
