LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Principal to own the Document Quality System for AI-enabled document production. You will translate expert judgment into clear standards, reference documents, and rules that are testable and automatable.

You will define formatting grammar for legal briefs, contracts, memos, and reports, audit AI outputs, create gold-standard references, and drive a Document Quality Score with cross-functional impact.

Competenze

• Experience in professional document production.
• Expert command of Word-style structure and typography.
• Ability to explain why formatting choices are correct.
• Familiarity with legal and financial document conventions.
• Experience in document automation, templates, or design systems.

Mansioni

• Define 'good' typography, hierarchy, whitespace, tables, headings, and pagination.
• Build a document taxonomy with distinct formatting grammars per document family.
• Audit AI outputs and classify formatting defects by type, severity, and root cause.
• Create gold-standard reference documents for testing AI/engineering teams.
• Write explicit, testable specifications for headings, tables, and numbering.
• Develop a Document Quality Score covering structure, readability, and template compliance.
• Represent document quality in product and model-evaluation decisions.
