Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years in health care/insurance/strategy consulting.

• Or 8 years in strategic planning, market research, network mgmt, or product development in health care.
• Leadership and collaboration across teams to drive results.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication.

Job Summary

This role plays a key part in shaping and executing the division's strategic direction. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you will help drive both short-term and long-term planning, support execution of business strategies, and provide the analytics and insights needed to inform decision-making. The position collaborates across the organization to ensure alignment between divisional and enterprise-wide priorities, while also analyzing market trends, competitive intelligence, and business performance to help guide growth strategies and operational success.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment
• OR bachelor’s degree and 5 years consulting experience involving strategic planning, business development and financial management operations.
• OR 8 years of experience strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in health care industry
• Experience leading and formulating strategy with the ability to build strong connections with people and teams
• Drive results by working across departments in matrixed environment.
• Interpersonal skills, including presentation, written and verbal communication
• Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
• Able to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities
• Ability to work directly with corporate leadership Analytical, program management, and problem-solving skills

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$92,700.00 - $167,500.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
