United Airlines in Chicago seeks a Digital Risk and Compliance Principal Analyst to lead the Digital Risk and Compliance strategy, ensuring regulatory alignment and robust cyber risk management across the enterprise.

You will drive audits, policy development, and security controls while collaborating with Technology, Cybersecurity, and business teams to embed compliant practices into operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in regulatory/compliance.
• Expert knowledge of SOX, NIST 800-53, PCI-DSS and related frameworks.
• Experience with risk assessments and cybersecurity controls.
• Ability to guide remediation for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies for cyber risk programs.
• Lead regulatory compliance and risk assessments to mitigate cyber risk.
• Develop policies and standards aligned to company requirements.
• Deliver learning programs to global workforce to reduce cyber risk.
• Support audits and assessments (SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.).
