Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years in IT security, with at least 5 years in IT security.
• Minimum 4 years conducting vulnerability testing, code reviews, and penetration tests on web/mobile apps, services, systems, languages.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, maturity, and ability to interact across roles.
• Team‑player mindset; collaborate effectively within a group.
• Experience with penetration testing on mobile platforms.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of detection capabilities to strengthen cybersecurity posture.
• Design and execute purple team engagements, attack surface reduction, and penetration testing.
• Prepare engagement findings with root‑cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Assist Vulnerability Disclosure program promptly.
• Lead red team exercises using validated TTPs to simulate threats.
• Lead vulnerability assessments and provide strategic and tactical recommendations.
• Lead physical security assessments evaluating bodily and cybersecurity risks.
• Serve as SME for pink team engagements and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and digital risk groups to drive outcomes.
• Enforce security controls and guidance across platforms and environments.
