Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Digital Engineer to design, verify, and test FPGA firmware and digital systems for mission-critical defense products.

You will work in a collaborative SWDT team focused on agile development and automation, with opportunities to influence system-level design and verification. The role requires a DoD-style environment mindset, strong VHDL skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• US Citizenship is required; ability to obtain Secret Clearance to start.
• 5 years of experience with VHDL programming and related schematic/PL tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, verification, and testing of FPGA firmware.
• Develop and execute test plans; ensure timing, power, and interface constraints.
• Collaborate with Systems Integration and Test teams for on-site validation.
• Perform static timing analysis and use debugging tools to analyze data.
