RTX is seeking a Principal Digital Design Engineer to join the Effector Digital Products team in Tucson, AZ. This 100% onsite role designs digital circuits for missile applications, involving FPGAs, processors, memory and high-speed interfaces.

A DoD Secret clearance is required and candidates must have 8+ years in digital circuit design. You will collaborate with experienced engineers across parts of the missile guidance and processing chain, contributing to robust, production-ready hardware

Formación

• Degree in STEM and at least 8 years of digital circuit design experience.
• Experience taking design from concept to hardware development and validation.
• Experience with PCB design processes and toolchains for schematic capture and simulation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and integrate digital modules/CCAs for missile applications.
• Create hardware designs with processors and FPGAs, memory, and interfaces like PCIe/Ethernet/I2C/SPI/UART.
• Collaborate with team to implement cutting-edge digital electronics for guidance and processing.
