We are looking for a digital content designer who excels at transforming complex ideas into visual assets that are human, sophisticated, aspirational, and intelligent. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate on high-profile initiatives—including product demos, motion graphics, short-form videos, and hype reels—creating assets used in conference keynotes, executive presentations, and high-stakes customer engagements. You will work closely with product teams to communicate the transformative value of AI in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to tens of thousands of SaaS customers.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate on compelling videos and other digital assets that engage customers and support SaaS go-to-market efforts.
Deliver impactful visual content that simplifies complex material.
Stay current on the latest video, graphic design, and demo trends and how to apply them.
Maintain brand consistency across deliverables.
Use established design systems to set visual direction and create deliverables that show how we combine cutting-edge AI with enterprise SaaS applications to help transform our customers’ businesses.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator. Photoshop and Audition proficiency is helpful.
- Strong grasp of visual design principles as applied to motion graphics, typography-based videos, short-form video, infographics, demos, and other formats that simplify complex ideas.
- Proficiency in polishing screen recordings and animating user interface elements.
- Organizational skills for data wrangling, sharing Adobe project files, and proper archiving.
- Familiarity with the enterprise applications SaaS market (e.g., financial management, human resources, etc.) is highly desirable, but certainly not required.
- Bonus skills include 3D motion tools, storytelling, basic video production, and social content marketing.
- Comfort collaborating on shared deliverables with tight timelines, including ability to revise deliverables efficiently based on stakeholder input.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to report status and progress in a fast-paced, geographically distributed team.
- Self-motivation and meticulous attention to detail with a strong work ethic and commitment to pixel-perfect deliverables.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
