Job summary

Concept Solutions, LLC is seeking a Principal DevSecOps Engineer / Lead to provide platform engineering leadership for a DoW modernization program. Hybrid in Washington, DC, 40 hrs/wk, 9:00–3:00 ET, US citizenship and DoD clearance required. Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $275,000 annually.

The role oversees IaC, CI/CD in GitLab, and security evidence generation, while guiding DevSecOps and SRE teams to deliver secure, scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of DevOps/platform engineering experience.
• Experience leading CI/CD pipelines and IaC for federal systems.
• Experience with AWS GovCloud and Kubernetes.
• Active Secret clearance or higher.
• Tier 5 eligibility if privileged admin is required.

Responsibilities

• Own IaC and the CI/CD pipeline in the customer’s GitLab environment.
• Direct DevSecOps engineers and SREs; set release engineering standards.
• Coordinate environment plans with cloud provider and manage government dependencies.
