Job summary

Thompson Software Solutions is seeking a Principal DevSecOps Engineer to support end-to-end software for military aircraft platforms. The role emphasizes secure, scalable pipelines for mission-critical systems and collaboration across multi-site teams.

The candidate will lead DevSecOps efforts in a highly regulated environment, with a requirement for active clearance and onsite work in a defense context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM
• 8+ years of DevSecOps experience
• Secure DevSecOps pipelines for safety-critical, air-gapped environments
• Containerization & Kubernetes (on-prem, disconnected operations)
• Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, Helm)
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, security, and IT teams
