Job summary

Thompson Software Solutions (TSS) is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to drive secure, scalable software delivery for military aircraft platforms. You will integrate end-to-end development, testing, and deployment pipelines across multi-site teams and work within highly regulated, safety-critical environments.

Applicants must possess a STEM degree and 5+ years in DevSecOps, with strong Python, YAML, and IaC skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline.
• 5+ years of DevSecOps experience.
• Python & YAML experience.
• Secure DevSecOps pipelines for safety-critical, air-gapped environments.
• Containerization & Kubernetes (on-prem, disconnected operations).
• Build environment Tools (make & CMake).
• Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, Helm).
• Linux (RHEL, Yocto, Buildroot).
• Bitbucket & Gitlab Experience.
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, security, and IT teams.
• Ability to work onsite 100%.
