Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) seeks a DevOps Engineer for NASIC at Wright‑Patterson AFB. You will join a Platform Engineering team building, maintaining, and scaling foundational infrastructure and pipelines to support mission applications in a Kubernetes and cloud environment.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, experience in DevOps, and collaboration across agile teams. Candidates may be Level 2 or Level 3 depending on education and years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Education/Years of Experience: DevOps Engineer (Level 2): Bachelor’s STEM +2 yrs OR Master’s 0 yrs; Level 3: Bachelor’s STEM +5 yrs OR Master’s 3 yrs
• Clearance: TS/SCI and security certifications (Security+ / CISSP / SecurityX)
• Core Experience: 3+ yrs in DevOps, software development, or systems admin

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and scale platforms and pipelines for NASIC missions
• Collaborate across disciplines in an Agile environment
• Deploy secure, reliable delivery of mission applications
