Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Principal Developer for Oncology Data & AI Systems in the United States. You will lead the design and governance of data pipelines, integrate clinical, preclinical, 'omics', and real-world data, and collaborate across teams to enable advanced analytics and GenAI capabilities.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare data engineering, proficiency in Python/R/SQL, and experience with AWS and knowledge graphs. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• 5+ years in data engineering with healthcare industry experience

• familiarity with relational, NoSQL, and knowledge graph data technologies
• strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
• willingness to travel (<15%)
