Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Design Technologist to translate design-system standards into clear specifications and coded reference components. This role partners with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering to set direction for design-system tools and guides AI-assisted tooling adoption across the Design team.

You will mentor product designers using code and drive adoption of AI tools to ensure consistency, quality, and faster delivery across design initiatives.

• Evaluate and create AI-assisted tools that help teams find, apply, and check design-system guidance.
