Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Network Communications with 5 years of relevant experience or 9 years in lieu of degree.
• Willing to work extended shifts, holidays, weekends, and on-call 24/7/365.
• Must hold DoD Top Secret clearance and aim to obtain SAP clearance quickly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, and coordinate installation and/or reconfiguration of network hardware/software.
• Maintain network expertise across routers, firewalls, hubs, and related hardware.
• Propose cost-saving network solutions and ensure proper network documentation.
• Monitor and analyze networks for short- and long-range planning.
• Coordinate third-party maintenance for network equipment.
• Design network portions including hardware/software selections.
