Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Principal Deployable Network Communications professional to join our Product Support team at Edwards AFB, CA. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and maintaining data and voice networks across deployed environments.

The position requires a TS clearance, flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends, and willingness to travel. You will work with cutting-edge communication technologies to support mission-critical needs.

Qualifications

• BS degree (or MS) with 5+ years of network communications experience or 9 years in lieu of degree.
• Ability to work flexible hours including on-call 24/7/365.
• Must have active DoD Top Secret clearance or be currently enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, and coordinate installation/reconfiguration of data/voice networks.
• Maintain expertise in routers, firewalls, hubs, gateways, etc.
• Propose cost-saving network solutions based on future and current needs.
