This remote role supports US DoD prime engagements and emphasizes MATLAB-style problem solving and systems integration across hardware and software.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience at US DoD primes or direct support to them.
• Knowledge of system hardware/software development, integration and test for deployed military vehicle applications.
• Expert knowledge of DOORS and Cameo.
• Experience with Clearquest, JIRA, and Rational Development Tools.
• Ability to operate and debug Linux and VxWorks based computing systems.
• Solid understanding of SOSA and VPX design standards.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-1553, RS422/RS485/RS232, 10G/100G Ethernet, PCIe, USB.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• BS degree in relevant engineering discipline preferred.

• Leading large technical teams to meet complex customer requirements.
• Representing the company as the technical expert to customers, suppliers, and CW management.
• Synthesizing requirements into the lowest risk solution.
• Producing technical documentation describing CW’s solution to customer and engineering teams.
• Providing technical guidance to cross functional teams.
• Reporting status and way forward to diverse audiences.
• Recommending trainings to enhance team development.
• Evaluating technical performance of teams and individuals.
